Datacenter IPv4 proxies

Authenticated SOCKS5 and HTTP proxies, without the marketing fiction.

One real node in Lauterbourg, France. Static datacenter egress, per-customer credentials, per-GB quotas and a JSON API. We sell datacenter IPs only — no residential, 4G or 5G claims.

SOCKS5 · port 1080 HTTP CONNECT · port 8080 user:pass auth SMTP destinations blocked private ranges blocked

Real proxies, real auth

Every connection requires a username and password issued to your account. Anonymous access is refused. ACLs block private ranges and SMTP ports so the service cannot be used as an open relay.

Metered, not guessed

Usage is parsed from the proxy access log every minute. Your dashboard and API show bytes actually transferred in the current billing period — upload plus download.

One node, stated plainly

We operate one datacenter node. There is no location picker because there is nothing else to pick. We do not pretend to have a global residential pool.

How it works

1. Verify your email

Sign up and click the link we send. Verification issues one trial credential: 1 GB per month, one node.

2. Configure your client

Point SOCKS5 at port 1080 or HTTP CONNECT at port 8080, then authenticate with the username and password from the dashboard.

3. Check the egress IP

Request https://api.ipify.org through the proxy. It must return 161.97.166.44.

Connection snippets

Replace USER and PASS with the credential shown in your dashboard.

# SOCKS5 (remote DNS)
curl -x socks5h://USER:PASS@proxy.xdigitex.com:1080 https://api.ipify.org

# HTTP CONNECT
curl -x http://USER:PASS@proxy.xdigitex.com:8080 https://api.ipify.org

# Python requests
proxies = {"https": "socks5h://USER:PASS@proxy.xdigitex.com:1080"}
requests.get("https://api.ipify.org", proxies=proxies, timeout=20).text

Chrome on Windows: launch with --proxy-server="http://proxy.xdigitex.com:8080" and enter the credential when prompted. Firefox: Settings → Network Settings → Manual proxy → SOCKS5 host proxy.xdigitex.com, port 1080.

Honest limitations

  • Datacenter only. These are datacenter IPv4 addresses. Many sites treat datacenter traffic differently from residential traffic; that is a real limitation, not a footnote.
  • One location, one egress IP. All traffic exits from 161.97.166.44 in Lauterbourg, France. We cannot offer city or country targeting beyond that.
  • Shared address. The egress IP is shared with other customers. It is not exclusive unless we agree that separately in writing.
  • IPv4 only. SOCKS5 and HTTP listen on IPv4. IPv6 destinations are not part of the product.
  • Quota counts both directions. Upload and download bytes both count against the monthly allowance.
  • No SMTP. Ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked at the proxy, and private/loopback destinations are blocked.
  • Provisioning is manual. Paid plan changes are applied by support after payment; the free trial is automatic.
  • Abuse ends access. See the acceptable use policy.
